Step 1: Full Demolition & Waste Removal

Every project starts with removing the old — whether it’s outdated tile, a fiberglass tub, or a damaged shower pan. We protect surrounding surfaces, carefully tear out old materials down to the framing if needed, and haul away all debris on Day 1, so we can start fresh the very next day.

Step 2: Structure Repair & Prep Work

We inspect the wall studs and subfloor. If there is rot or water damage, we reinforce or replace the framing. We also correct uneven surfaces to ensure the new shower or tub sits perfectly level.

Step 3: Waterproofing & Substrate Installation

To prepare for long-term performance, we use top-tier materials including:

• Schluter®-KERDI membrane for full wall waterproofing
• Schluter® shower pans, curbs, and linear drains
• DITRA underlayment for floors (adds uncoupling and waterproofing layers)
• Cement board (Durock® or Fiberock®) for stable tile backing
• Optional foam wall panels for lighter builds and fast install

All waterproofing is flood-tested to verify there are no leaks before tile is laid.

Step 4: Plumbing & Fixture Installation

We install shower valves, faucets, and drains to code — ensuring proper spacing, height, and secure fit. We can also update plumbing lines where needed.

Step 5: Tilework, Trims & Shower Doors

We carefully install wall and floor tile with laser levels, paying attention to slope in wet areas. We install modern glass shower doors (hinged or sliding), using brands clients select — and seal all joints and trim with silicone for a watertight finish.

Step 6: Final Sealing & Cleanup

Grout is sealed, corners and seams are finished with grout caulk or silicone, and the entire bathroom is cleaned and ready for use. We haul away all job-related debris — leaving your space fresh and ready.
